3.55 out of 5 stars -- not bad for a start.
The biggest concern for our users is the look and feel. Surprise? Not really. Yes, we do admit, the UI/UX of the app needs drastic improvements. Luckily, this survey indicates very strong interest from our users (keep reading), which means we will be investing much more time and effort into making this app super awesome.
Yes, we know -- there are some bugs. And once again -- UI/UX needs improvements.
We are onto something here -- content is the thing that will keep bringing our users back. Functionality is generally acceptable, speed is good.
Once again -- look and feel.
Woohoo! Just a reminder, the first version for this concept was built in a week. 50% of surveyed users said they would come back -- not bad at all. This is a survey of the app at the very early stage -- let's see how the percentage will shift once we do improve the look and feel.
